- Collaborated with the TVI team to develop a comprehensive work plan, including key activities, timelines, stakeholders, and methodologies.
- Designed interview tools such as Key Informant Interviews (KII) and an online survey for respondent feedback.
- Conducted a thorough desk review and developed the consultation methodology.
- Led the consultation and analysis process.
- Delivered the first draft of the evaluation report, which addressed key evaluation questions, quantitative and qualitative findings, and recommendations.
- Presented the evaluation report to stakeholders, including actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
