He has a strong track record in conducting evaluations, reviews, baseline surveys, research, assessments, and developing M&E tools and frameworks for NGOs and government agencies.
Albert brings advanced innovative skills in digital forms design, database automation, and data management systems using Smap Server-an open-source program, with a focus on enhancing reporting and training outcomes. Hilda is a highly experienced professional with a well-rounded skill set in project administration, logistics, financial services, and office management, gained through years of work with leading international NGOs in Papua New Guinea. She has played key roles in coordinating education and health programs funded by major aid agencies, excelling in project coordination, grant management, and policy compliance.
Hilda is also proficient in survey administration, data quality assurance, and report preparation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information collected across various projects. Her background includes oversight of data management processes and implementing quality control mechanisms for field reports and survey findings.
With certifications in child protection, disability, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), editorial guidelines, and first aid, Hilda brings both technical and interpersonal expertise to her roles. She has demonstrated strength in public relations, external stakeholder engagement, and cross-sectoral program support, contributing to the success of major initiatives.
Her notable accomplishments include establishing regional offices, managing office transitions, and earning recognition for her contributions to education and project management.

Mr. Parminas ARAJO is an experienced, self-taught digital forms designer and facilitator. Though he did not complete his Grade 10 due to personal reasons, Parminas has demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination by self-educating and developing into a highly capable online IPA and IRC service provider.
Parminas has specialized in designing user-friendly digital interfaces to streamline data collection, automate processes, and manage database systems efficiently. With a strong grasp of digital tools and platforms, he collaborate with the experts to excel in leveraging technology to improve workflows, minimize manual effort, and enhance user experiences.
His approach is deeply rooted in client satisfaction and personalized service. Parminas consistently goes the extra mile to ensure every client feels supported, understood, and cared for.
