  • Trained selected ward recorders in designing digital forms, transitioning from paper-based to electronic ward reporting.
  • Reviewed existing ward record paper forms and redesigned them into electronic forms for pilot testing.
  • Developed and programmed an improved Ward Quarterly Report Template with a new user interface (UI) for smartphones, enhancing data collection for Ward Data Officers (WDOs) and other reporting personnel.
  • Improved access to real-time data through visualization dashboards, providing monitoring capabilities from data entry points to outcome tracking.
  • Provided ongoing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and reporting support to the provincial administration to strengthen data collection and reporting processes using the Smap Server.
  • Offered technical support on data management for wards, Local Level Government (LLG), districts, and provincial headquarters (PHQ) as needed.
  • Ensured participants were proficient in using the Digital Ward Reporting System, enhancing service delivery and addressing red flags in their respective wards and LLGs.
