- Introduced various monitoring tools and applications for tracking project progress, tying these tools to baseline, mid-line, and end-line reporting.
- Facilitated hands-on practical sessions on M&E tools and applications, including the design and automation of reporting forms.
- Led a session on the Theory of Change to help participants understand its importance in project planning and evaluation.
- Provided a comprehensive report with recommendations and next steps for TNC management to improve monitoring and reporting processes.
