- Reviewed interview tools and led the mSupply facility interviews across Morobe, Hagen, Jiwaka, Chimbu, and Central provinces.
- Conducted interviews with the National Department of Health (NDOH), MSPD, and PSCM-TB/HIV Program Managers.
- Designed mSupply Facility checklist forms on Smap Server and deployed them via Telegram to 110 mSupply users in PNG.
- Collated and analyzed data, and produced the evaluation report with key recommendations.
