Technical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Duties:
- Collaborated with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Global Fund, HIV Technical Working Group, and the National Department of Health (NDOH) to interpret program data for guiding decision-making.
- Utilized Excel, DATIM, and Tableau to present epidemiological and program data for use by the HIV program and partners.
- Successfully conducted Site Improvement Plan Surveys to assist USAID’s implementation partners in enhancing interventions.
- Performed data quality audits (DQA) for 12 HIV sites and set follow-up plans for program improvement.
- Set national and program targets for the PEPFAR Program, Global AIDS Management (GAM), and World AIDS Day data.
- Collaborated with partners on developing policies, guidelines, programs, and priorities for interventions.
Operational Duties:
- Served as an Alternative Assistance Officer Representative (AAOR), managing two sub-grant awards: a disaster relief award to IOM and a COVID-19 fund for UNICEF programs.
- Reviewed annual work plans and performance reports for FHI 360 programs, frequently interacting with the Chief of Party and senior staff.
- Reviewed PEPFAR policies, protocols, guidelines, and SOPs while maintaining communication with partners such as NDOH, UNAIDS, GFATM, DFAT, and WHO.
- Organized and planned high-level official events, including preparing scene-setters, speeches, and media coverage for the US Ambassador to PNG and dignitaries.
Additional Duties:
- Participated in regional operational planning meetings in Thailand and the Philippines.
- Worked with the Global AIDS Council (OGAC) DC technical teams to establish key interventions, targets, budgets, and performance frameworks for implementing partners.
- Led presentations for OGAC in Washington during quarterly performance updates and meetings.
